MANUAL HAND WRAP

Manual Hand Wrapping of loads with standard and irregular shapes.

Manual Hand Wrap is a top-class product that will delight you with its excellent performance and technical parameters. Just like machine stretch films, it guarantees perfect load securing. Manual stretch film is sometimes used in production and logistics companies as well as at home. It is perfect for securing small and large shipments, and also often replaces adhesive tape. Thanks to automated production lines, it is possible to order film packed in cardboard boxes for 6 pieces each.

About

Hand stretch films of our production are characterized by high puncture resistance in all directions. They also have excellent adhesive properties and proper flexibility. Thanks to this, you can be sure that your load is perfectly secured for transport. Our manual film is 100% recyclable. Available in thicknesses from 8 µm to 35 µm and roll widths of 250, 400, 450, 500 mm. Thicknesses above 17 µm are used in particular for securing heavy goods such as bricks, paving stones or metal articles.

Use

Manual Hand Wrap is commonly used for securing loads on pallets, but it is also used for wrapping smaller items. For better wrapping, the so-called dispensers that facilitate the use of the product are used. A derivative of the manual stretch film is the pre-stretched film, and the so-called Mini Rap, i.e. film used for manual wrapping of smaller shipments.

MANUAL GRADE STRETCH FILM

Manual stretch film is a type of packaging film that is used to wrap and protect products during transportation or storage. It is typically made of polyethylene material and comes in various thicknesses, widths, and lengths.

MACHINE GRADE STRETCH FILM

Machine grade stretch film is a type of stretch film that is designed for use with automated stretch wrapping machines. It is typically made from high-quality linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resins, which provide excellent stretch, strength, and puncture resistance.

Machine grade stretch film comes in various thicknesses, widths, and lengths, and can be customized to meet specific packaging requirements. It is typically wound on a core, which allows for easy loading onto the stretch wrapping machine.

PRE STRETCH FILM

Pre-stretch film is a type of stretch film that is pre-stretched before it is wound onto a roll. During the pre-stretching process, the film is stretched to a predetermined length, which reduces the thickness of the film and increases its strength and elasticity. Pre-stretch film is typically used in the packaging industry for wrapping and securing products on pallets, and it offers several advantages over traditional stretch film, including:

  1. Reduced waste: Pre-stretch film requires less film to wrap the same load, which reduces waste and makes it a more eco-friendly option.

  2. Improved strength: Pre-stretch film has greater strength and elasticity than traditional stretch film, which helps to prevent damage and reduce the risk of products shifting or falling during transport.

  3. Improved load stability: Pre-stretch film helps to improve load stability by reducing the risk of load shifting or collapsing during transport.

  4. Increased efficiency: Pre-stretch film is easier and faster to apply than traditional stretch film, which can help to increase efficiency and reduce labor costs.
