XTREME SEMI- RIGID

SilageWrap® agricultural film for the production of forage.

The silage film available under the AgroWrap® brand is manufactured using high-quality raw materials to meet all customer requirements and expectations. A properly selected agricultural film is necessary to obtain a full-value product. After all, when wrapping the silage, it is the silage film that provides the right conditions for the fermentation processes to take place without oxygen. Then all the valuable nutrients, so important for every cattle farmer, are manufactured.

About

AgroWrap is a 7-layer film that perfectly protects the bales against air. The following two widths are available – 500 mm and 750 mm. The film is available in white or green color, so that the silage will not heat up on hot days. This has a direct impact on the actual fermentation process. The film remains resistant to UV radiation for up to 12 months after wrapping the bale. In addition, by using a different color of the film, you can easily tell which swath the bale is from.

MANUAL GRADE STRETCH FILM

Manual stretch film is a type of packaging film that is used to wrap and protect products during transportation or storage. It is typically made of polyethylene material and comes in various thicknesses, widths, and lengths.

MACHINE GRADE STRETCH FILM

Machine grade stretch film is a type of stretch film that is designed for use with automated stretch wrapping machines. It is typically made from high-quality linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resins, which provide excellent stretch, strength, and puncture resistance.

Machine grade stretch film comes in various thicknesses, widths, and lengths, and can be customized to meet specific packaging requirements. It is typically wound on a core, which allows for easy loading onto the stretch wrapping machine.

PRE STRETCH FILM

Pre-stretch film is a type of stretch film that is pre-stretched before it is wound onto a roll. During the pre-stretching process, the film is stretched to a predetermined length, which reduces the thickness of the film and increases its strength and elasticity. Pre-stretch film is typically used in the packaging industry for wrapping and securing products on pallets, and it offers several advantages over traditional stretch film, including:

  1. Reduced waste: Pre-stretch film requires less film to wrap the same load, which reduces waste and makes it a more eco-friendly option.

  2. Improved strength: Pre-stretch film has greater strength and elasticity than traditional stretch film, which helps to prevent damage and reduce the risk of products shifting or falling during transport.

  3. Improved load stability: Pre-stretch film helps to improve load stability by reducing the risk of load shifting or collapsing during transport.

  4. Increased efficiency: Pre-stretch film is easier and faster to apply than traditional stretch film, which can help to increase efficiency and reduce labor costs.
